GENERAL RULES OF THE SCHOOL
| 1. The School hours are from 9.00 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. Pupils must be on the
school premises at 8.55 am. (subject to change) |
| 2. To acquire greater facility in the study of English, English only
should be spoken in the School premises. |
| 3. Any kind of misconduct or indiscipline even outside the school premises
or any habit or behavior prejudicial to the good name of the institution are
sufficient reasons for the dismissal of a student. |
| 4. No books, periodicals, newspapers etc. of an objectionable nature
should be brought into the school. |
| 5. Pupils are responsible for the safe custody of their books and
belongings. Ornaments and jewellery of any kind are not allowed in the school.
To prevent the loss of articles, umbrellas, raincoats, Tiffin carriers etc.,
should be marked with the name of the child. |
| 6. Every child attending the school is obliged to take part in all extra
curricular activities of the school as part of their civic training and no one
will be excused except for valid reasons. |
| 7. Parents/ Guardians are not allowed to see their children or interview
teachers during school hours without it being very urgent. |
| 8. Certificates, concession forms, recommendation letter etc. will be
issued only two days after the application has been submitted in the office. |
| 9. Each and every student must possess a school calendar which should be
brought to school daily. |
| 10. Any damage done to the school property should be made good by the
pupil concerned. |
| 11. School will not take the responsibility for the safety and security of
the child in the school premises if the child is not collected within 30 minutes
after is school is over. |
| 12. Parents are requested to leave/ collect their wards at the school gate
only. |
| 13. Children are required to come to school in a proper and clean uniform.
A shabbily and improperly dressed student is liable to sent back home. Boys must
have a proper hair cut and should not keep long hair. |
| 14. Stealing fellow student's article and money is very serious offence
and will invite disciplinary action. |
| 15. Students are not allowed to eat chewing-gum bet, betel nut or any
other spicy tit bits. |
| 16. This school is a co-educational institution hence a strict moral code
has to be maintained. Any student involved in ant immoral act, use of vulgar
language, writing letter, passing remarks, converting names, etc. are considered
to be an act of gross indiscipline which may lead to the expulsion of a
particular student from the school. |
| 17. Though every possible care is taken for the safety of the children
while at school, still a child may get injured due to an accident. Therefore,
school can not be held responsible for injury caused through an accident in the
school campus, school bus, sports, picnics, excursions or any such other
activity. |
| 18. The gate into the school compound will remain open only at fixed
times. Parents/ Guardians should adhere to such things. The gatekeeper will only
be available at the gate when the gate is open. |
| 19. Perfect discipline should be maintained while travelling in the school
bus Fighting, shouting, jutting out any part of the body outside the bus
windows, standing on the open bus door, dismounting from the sunning bus is a
rave breach of discipline and will invite danger. Parents should educate their
wards in this regard properly. School will not be responsible if any student
gets injured by violating this rule. |
| 20. The decision of the school authority in matters of discipline is final
and binding. |
