1. Promotion depends on child's performance throughout the year and not merely on marks secured in the Weekly Test, H/yearly or Annual Examination.

2. Parents/ Guardians must sign the weekly test reports. A child found with un-signed report will not be allowed to sit for the next weekly test.

3. Promotion is decided at the teacher's meeting, hence results are final and can not be reconsidered. Examination answer-scripts for the annual examination shall be shown only on the special request from the parents.

4. No student will be allowed to continue if he/ she fails twice (in any class) during the period of his study in this school.
